Entertainment Ministry

The Entertainment Ministry books and promotes the comedy shows and some of the musical events at GBF. We provide the Entertainment at our Holy Eve Carnival. One of our most successful events is the Christian Comedy Jam. This is a family friendly comedy show and was created at GBF in 2004, before then not many churches were doing comedy shows. We have had many well known comedians perform such as Lavell Crawford, Rodney Perry, AJ Jamal, Jammin Jay Lamont, Small Fire and the list goes on.

Mission Statement

To produce a non offensive comedy show that can be enjoyed by the entire family, in a safe and comfortable environment. God allowed us to be trailblazers by creating the Christian Comedy Jam; it is an extension of our Evangelism Ministry. Our goal is to touch someone with laughter and lift their spirit; laughter is medicine to the soul.
